Ladybirds (Coccinellidae) of Britain and Ireland

This atlas describes the distribution of ladybirds in Britain, Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, using data collected through the Biological Records Centre Coccinellidae Recording Scheme (including the UK Ladybird Survey) since 1964. There are 47 species of Coccinellidae resident in Britain and Ireland. Species accounts include distribution maps, photos of adults, larvae and pupae, and details of identification and ecology. Additional guidance is provided on collecting and recording.
